The rules that keep Krozd safe and kind.

Using Krozd means agreeing to these Terms. They're written to be read, so here's the short version first.

01The agreement

These Terms are an agreement between you and KrozdSocial Labs Private Limited (“Krozd”, “we”). By creating an account or using Krozd, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Child Safety Standards.

02Who can use Krozd

You must be at least 13 years old, and meet the minimum age to use services like Krozd where you live. You must follow the laws that apply to you.

03Your account

  • Sign in with your own phone number, and keep access to it safe.
  • Keep your profile honest, and don’t pretend to be someone else.
  • One person, one account. You’re responsible for what happens on yours.

04How to treat people

Krozd has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You may not use Krozd to:

  • Harass, bully, abuse, threaten or impersonate anyone.
  • Share hateful, violent, illegal, exploitative or harmful content.
  • Upload or share child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or engage in grooming, exploitation or any unsafe behaviour involving minors.
  • Send sexual content or advances to people who haven’t asked for them.
  • Use crossings, hubs or any location feature to follow, track or stalk someone.
  • Create fake profiles, fake event listings or spam.
  • Record people in calls or voice rooms without their permission.
  • Scrape, hack, overload or otherwise interfere with Krozd or its security.

06Location features

Discovery and crossings are optional and use approximate location. Background location is used only if you turn on Ambient mode, and you can switch it off anytime. How this works is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Krozd doesn’t provide emergency, safety-critical or navigation services.

07Scenes and events

  • Scenes shows events listed by organisers and ticketing sites. Krozd doesn’t run these events or sell their tickets.
  • Times, prices and details can change, so check with the organiser before you go.
  • Event insights, like the expected crowd, are best guesses made with AI from the listing. They’re not promises.
  • You choose which events to go to, and you’re responsible for your own safety there.
  • If a listing looks wrong, use “Report this listing” and we’ll review it.

08Lobbies, chats and voice rooms

Lobbies are group chats for people going to an event. Chats, circles and hubs are for real conversation, and voice rooms are live calls. The same rules apply everywhere, and anyone who breaks them can be removed from a lobby, circle or room.

09Your content

You own what you post. You give Krozd permission to store, show and share it within Krozd, so the service can work. You’re responsible for what you share, and you must have the right to share it. We may remove content that breaks these Terms or the law.

10Safety and reporting

You can block anyone, block and report them, hide a crossing, or report an event listing, right in the app. You can also email support@krozd.com. We may work with law enforcement and other authorities where the law requires it.

Meeting someone new? Meet in a public place, tell a friend where you’re going, and trust your judgement.

11When rules are broken

Krozd may remove content, hide profiles, limit features, suspend accounts or permanently ban people who break these Terms. You can stop using Krozd and delete your account at any time.

12Changes to Krozd

Krozd is still growing. We may change, pause or stop parts of the service at any time, and we can’t promise it will always be available.

13Our responsibility

Krozd is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We’re not responsible for how other users behave, online or offline, or for events run by other people.

14Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time and will post the new version here with a new date. If you keep using Krozd after an update, you accept the revised Terms.
