Protecting minors is non-negotiable.

Krozd has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, or anything that puts minors at risk.

01Our standard

Krozd is for people to meet in real life, so keeping minors safe matters even more. These standards explain what we prohibit, how people can report concerns, how we respond, and how we meet our legal obligations.

02What's never allowed

  • Any sexual or sexualised content involving minors, including drawings, “jokes” and AI-generated images.
  • Sharing, asking for or linking to child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
  • Grooming: building trust with a minor to exploit or abuse them, online or in person.
  • Sextortion, or threatening a minor in any way.
  • Trying to meet, contact or track a minor for sexual purposes, or helping anyone else do so.
  • Sharing a minor’s personal details, photos or location to put them at risk.

These rules have no exceptions, and they apply to every part of Krozd: profiles, photos, chats, lobbies, circles, hubs, voice rooms and event listings.

03Age rules

  • You must be at least 13 to use Krozd. The app checks your birth year when you sign up.
  • Product analytics is always off for anyone under 18.
  • Where an event has a minimum age, Scenes shows it on the ticket.
  • If you believe a child under 13 is using Krozd, tell us at support@krozd.com.

04How to report

In the app

  1. Open the person’s profile and choose Block & Report.
  2. Pick a reason, such as “Sexual or explicit content” or “Threat or unsafe behavior”, and add details if you can.
  3. Send it. The person is blocked straight away, and your report is private.

For an event that looks unsafe or wrong, open its ticket and choose “Report this listing”.

By email

Write to support@krozd.com with what happened and the person’s name on Krozd. You don’t need a Krozd account to report.

If a child is in immediate danger, contact the police first. In India, call 112, or Childline on 1098. You can also report online at cybercrime.gov.in.

05What we do

Review, fastReports involving child safety go through a dedicated review process, so we can act quickly.
Remove and banWe remove the content and permanently ban accounts that break these standards.
ModeratePhotos can be reviewed and removed by our team, and repeat or serious offenders lose access for good.
Protect the reporterReports are private. The person you report is never told who reported them.

06Working with authorities

Krozd cooperates with law enforcement and relevant authorities, and complies with applicable child-safety laws and reporting obligations, including reporting CSAM to the appropriate authorities where the law requires it.
